The photo shows the I10 KV system mounted in a cartoning machine. The sensors are mounted above (visible sensor) and below the conveyor belt.
The system can check up to 500 cartons per minute. The control unit is mounted inside the machine and thus allows a quick Teach-In for new carton types.
Overfilling or underfilling of cartons activates the sort-out lock of the cartoner.
